La-la-lavender! As you may have seen on Snapchat (‘juliannecronin’ if you haven’t followed me yet!), I have lavender hair! In a somewhat spontaneous turn of events, I decided to purchase semi-permanent lavender dye after seeing Marine’s hair a few weeks ago. I’ve always loved a pretty pastel hue and have wanted to try it myself for some time. I’m also a serial hair-changer and I like to change it up every 6 months or so. I feel so fortunate to work in a field where self-expression is not only allowed but encouraged, so I went for it.
To apply the dye, I just sort of slathered it on, crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Thankfully, I really love the way it turned out! Such a relief… I’ve had more DIY hair disasters than I can count! Haha. Now that I know how well it turns out, maybe I’ll make a video! Is that something you would want to watch?
